Core Purpose (3 Days Per Week ):
Days: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
Hours: 9:30 AM - 3:15 PM
Description: Core Purpose is our foundational in-person program for families who want a strong academic week with consistent structure. Learners receive small-group instruction in math, reading, and writing, plus hands-on learning in science, art, coding, and project work. We focus on mastery, confidence, and meaningful peer connection in a calm, high-expectations environment.
Expanded Learning (4 Days Per Week):
Days: Monday - Thursday
Hours: 9:30 AM - 3:15 PM (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday and 9:30 AM - 2:15 PM on Wednesday
Description: Expanded Learning is our most immersive in-person option for families who want more than “core subjects.” This additional day creates space for coding and digital creation, engineering challenges, experiments, presentations, collaboration, and real-world problem solving. It is where learners have time to go beyond the assignment, think bigger, dig deeper, and produce higher-quality projects.
E-Learning Day:
Days: Wednesday (Online)
Hours: 9:30 AM - 2:15 PM
Description: For Core Purpose learners, the week includes three in-person days, plus a structured E-Learning day on Wednesday. On E-Learning day, learners complete assigned work at home using our learning platform, following a clear plan and checklist provided by the school. Work is submitted by the stated deadline so teachers can review progress, maintain accountability, and ensure learners stay on pace with the week’s learning goals.
Purpose Prep Academy
Enrollment Commitment
Designed for Success
Our program follows a 36-week academic calendar, aligning with local school schedules to provide a structured and enriching learning experience for all learners.
Semester Commitments
To ensure stability and academic consistency, families enroll by semester. Learners who begin in August commit through December. If a learner remains enrolled past the December semester end, enrollment continues as a commitment through May. Learners who enroll mid-year (for example, in November or later) commit for the remainder of the school year.
Success Promise
We understand that adjusting to a new learning environment and routine takes time. Within the first 14 days, if any concerns arise, we will:
Work closely with the family to implement a new strategy over the next 30 days.
If the challenge persists after 30 days, we will provide guidance and resources to assist with transitioning after the one-semester commitment is fulfilled.
Purpose Prep Academy is designed for students who can thrive in a small-group learning environment. While we desire to support all learners, our tuition rates do not cover the cost of one-on-one academic or behavioral support. If we determine that a learner requires consistent one-on-one assistance to get through a learning day, we may recommend one of the following:
The family must cover the additional cost of the required support, OR
The family must transition to a program that better meets the learner’s needs, with the help our team providing recommendations and resources.
This ensures that the learner receives the appropriate level of support while maintaining the integrity of our learning environment.
Tuition &
Payment Plans
Purpose Prep Academy offers flexible payment options to make tuition manageable for families. Tuition is set for the academic year and divided into installments based on your selected plan. Payments are not based on attendance, but on the full-year commitment.
Payment Options
Pay in Full (10% Discount) - Save 10% by paying the full tuition upfront (prior to the school year or during the first month only).
Semester Payment (5% Discount) - Save 5% by paying for at least one full semester in advance (August-December or (January - May). Likewise, if you choose to pay for the remainder of the year in any month after August, only the semester discount will apply.
Monthly Installments - Spread tuition over 10 equal monthly payments (August - May)
Note: Families commit to a fixed schedule (3 or 4 days) for the year. Tuition is set for the enrollment commitment regardless of attendance. Tuition is due on the 30th of each month. Tuition is non-refundable if a family withdraws for any reason before the end of the year. Scholarship families must reserve funds on or before the 25th of each month. You may follow the steps in this video if you are new to reserving funds. For a full breakdown of tuition, fees and policies, click here to view a copy of our handbook.

Scholarship Fund Reservation Guidelines
Reserve Funds Each Term
For families utilizing scholarships, funds are distributed quarterly (September, December, February, and May). The following is a recommend schedule to reserve funds to ensure timely tuition payments.
August Scholarship Payment: Use this payment to reserve tuition for September, October, and November. You can also use these funds to purchase school supplies ahead of the school year.
November Scholarship Payment: Use this payment to reserve tuition for December, January, and February.
February: Use this payment to serve tuition for March, April, and May.
May Scholarship Payment: Use this payment to reserve tuition for the upcoming school year, summer camp programs, and for any supplies for the new academic year.
Plan Ahead
Families may choose to pay the yearly or semester tuition upfront and submit for reimbursement through the scholarship portal.
Always reserve funds for upcoming months in advance to avoid delays or interruptions in service.
Be certain to check the available balance each time to ensure you’re able to reserve the correct amounts.
Important Note: Please be aware that tuition is non-refundable after the start of the semester for which payment is made. Families utilizing scholarship funds should are responsible for tuition payments and must make alternative arrangements if scholarship payments are delayed or do not fully cover the cost. Full tuition and payment details are outlined in our school handbook.
“The most valuable investment we can make is in our children's education. When we make education a priority, we give our children opportunity. Opportunity to learn at higher levels than their parents were able to learn; to earn at higher levels than we were able to earn.”
