Experience Day at Purpose Prep Academy

We invite families who have completed a 1:1 consultation (either in-person or virtually) to join us for an Experience Day at Purpose Prep Academy. This is a great opportunity for your child to explore our project-based, hands-on learning environment, engage with our curriculum, and get a sense of our school culture.

  • Date & Time: Wednesdays and Fridays, 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM

  • Location: Purpose Prep Academy - Winter Garden, FL (Horizon West)

  • Fee: $50 (This fee will be credited toward the registration fee if the student is accepted into the program)

Experience Day Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM: Arrival and welcome — You’ll have a chance to meet the Director and tour of the facility.

  • 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Your child will participate in engaging, educational STEAM activities that reflect our hands-on and project-based learning approach.

  • 12:30 PM: Pickup.

Terms and Conditions for Experience Day

  • Responsibilities: Purpose Prep Academy will provide a safe environment and qualified staff to ensure an enriching and enjoyable Experience Day. Parents or guardians are responsible for any damages caused by their child to school property.

  • Changes and Cancellations: The school reserves the right to modify the schedule, facilities, or fees for Experience Day as needed. Parents will be notified of any changes in advance. In the event of cancellation, parents must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Refunds will not be provided for missed days or cancellations without proper notice.

  • Credits and Refunds: This fee will be credited toward the registration fee if the learner is accepted into the program. If the learner is not extended an invitation or if the family decides they no longer wnat to pursue enrollment, this fee is non-refundable.

  • Liability: Purpose Prep Academy is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to the child or their property during Experience Day. By participating in the Experience Day, parents or guardians consent to and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Parents further agree to indemnify and hold the school harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their child’s participation.
