We are seeking experienced, engaging educators to lead live virtual classes for elementary and middle school learners on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Responsibilities include:

• Teaching live virtual classes (ELA, math, science, or integrated STEAM)

• Creating and implementing engaging, student-centered lesson plans

• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback

• Communicating regularly with families

• Attending virtual team meetings as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or related field (or currently enrolled)

• Prior teaching experience (classroom or online)

• Tech-savvy: Comfortable using Zoom, Google Drive, and learning platforms

• Creative, flexible, and responsive to student needs

• Must be organized and able to work independently
  

Online Tutors (Flexible Scheduling)

(Remote | Hourly)

Tutors provide one-on-one or small group instruction in ELA or math to support learners during the school year and summer sessions.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing personalized or group tutoring support

• Identifying learner needs and adjusting strategies accordingly

• Communicating progress with families and team members

• Creating a positive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of math and/or ELA curriculum (K–8).

• Previous experience tutoring or teaching diverse learners in small groups or one-on-one.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to plan engaging lessons and adapt instruction as needed.

• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and consistent reliability.

• Comfortable using online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Drive, etc.)

• Passionate about education and committed to student success.

• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

Administrative Assistant / Enrollment Specialist

(Remote | Hourly + Commission | 6–10+ hours/week, with potential for more)

We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Administrative Assistant who can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and help drive enrollment for our growing programs. This role blends administrative support with outreach and follow-up responsibilities. It’s ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and confident in communication—especially when it comes to engaging families and helping them take the next step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and send monthly newsletters

• Manage calendar invites, digital files, and email communication

• Support the enrollment process by:

  • Following up with leads from inquiries, events, and interest forms

  • Reaching out to prospective families about our online school and tutoring services

  • Assisting with onboarding and ensuring families have completed the necessary steps to enroll

• Provide administrative support with scheduling, reminders, and organizing key documents

• Attend virtual team meetings, events, and professional development sessions as needed

• Assist with light editing, video creation, and social media content using Canva

• Anticipate needs, offer solutions, and serve as a dependable thought partner

Ideal Candidate Will Be:

• A college student, graduate, or preferably possesses a background in business, communications, marketing, or education

• Comfortable with client communication, outreach, and following up on warm leads

• Proficient in Google Workspace, Zoom, Canva, and platforms like Instagram and TikTok

• Skilled in basic video editing for short-form content

• Highly organized, dependable, punctual, and attentive to detail

• Able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision

• A quick learner who takes initiative and communicates clearly

• Willing to sign a non-disclosure and non-compete agreement
  

Family Outreach & Enrollment Specialist

(Remote | Commission Only | Unlimited Earning Potential)

Enrollment Specialists help grow Purpose Prep Academy by connecting with families and guiding them toward enrollment in our online, in-person, and tutoring programs. This is a flexible, commission-only role with no cap on earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use personal, professional, or social media networks to reach potential families

• Share lead magnets, social media pages, and program information to generate interest

• Encourage families to join our email list or follow our social media platforms

• Follow up with interested families via email or phone in a timely and professional manner

• Contact local organizations to explore potential partnerships for tutoring, after-school, and online programs

• Maintain consistent weekly outreach efforts to generate new leads

• Track personal outreach and follow-ups to stay organized and productive

• Set and pursue monthly enrollment goals in alignment with school targets

• Represent Purpose Prep with integrity and consistency

Ideal Candidate:

• Organized and able to manage time effectively

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision

• Comfortable initiating outreach and building relationships

• Passionate about education and helping families find the right fit

• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

• Experience in outreach, sales, or education is a plus but not required
